Izakaya Sushi Poke Brandon - Bristol

I recently dined at Izakaya for the first time. The service was excellent, with food arriving promptly and tasting delicious. The restaurant was bustling and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.

Absolutely good food. It doesn't look like an up-market restaurant, but not being deceived. This is a first-class fare. Not expensive by most standards and a fun place to be

Really confused, how busy this place is with a queue outside when considering the food was really not great and quite pricy. Service was quite unavailable.

First, they screwed up my reservation. It is clear that they cared for more to earn money than atmosphere and service, very cramped, too small for the amount of people they take, very loud and you need to get 'kosy' with strangers if you want to sit in. The food is decent, but it's really not worth it. It won't disturb you again.

We were super excited to go to Izakaya as had heard great things. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the tapas food we ordered, it felt as though it had just been defrosted. The atmosphere was nice but very crowded and the waitresses were so busy we had to wait a while to get anyone’s attention. We would come back to try their main bowls as these looked better but wouldn’t recommend the starters.
