Filini Restaurant - Bristol

I made a reservation weeks in advance through OpenTable while staying in Bristol for a wedding. I was looking forward to enjoying an Italian meal, but upon reviewing the menu, it became apparent that the restaurant was not Italian at all. Instead of pasta, pizza, or risotto, they offered dishes like chicken and chips, fish and chips, and burgers. Despite being labeled as an English brasserie, the restaurant still had the correct name displayed on the window. Disappointed, I decided to order food anyway. Unfortunately, the dishes were unimpressive and came with a hefty price tag. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it wasn't enough to compensate for the overall letdown of the dining experience.

I recently dined at a hotel restaurant that caters to business travelers and I had a very pleasant experience. The food was of high quality and it is a perfect spot to unwind with coworkers after a long day. The staff, even though they are new, were welcoming and attentive.

The restaurant, service, and staff were excellent! However, we were disappointed to find out upon seating that there was a special menu for voucher holders for our party of four. The options on the limited menu were not what we had anticipated from what we had seen online. Because of this, we do not intend to come back to this restaurant.

Chicken and chips, fish and chips, burgers, no pasta, no pizza, no rissoto, it was classified as English brassiere. Yes I had advertised the right restaurant with the right name on the window. How disappointing, but ordered food anyway and when it arrived, was very common and very expensive. The staff, where helpful and friendly, but that didn't matter how disappointed we were with all the experience.

Good hotel food for business trips. Nice ot sit with colleagues postwork. The staff was new and friendly.
