Dunelm Mill Pausa Cafe - Bristol

We had never been shopping at dunelm and were very impressed. my partner and I have seen the long network curtains through the meter, completely overwhelmed by all major decisions and uncertain how much we need. a dame came by and asked if we needed help, explained how everything worked and helped us with glue. then they cut the curtains for us and we had a nice conversation at the same time. it is this wonderful customer service that is the reason why we have begun to decorate our house in this business instead of a nearby competitive one, as we do not get any help there. we also have some packed black curtains that were a great price and work well. one of the colors we liked had to be ordered online as they did not keep it in business, but what we did not do as they had a rehearsal in the load so that we could see it at least with our eyes before buying.

My husband and I had never been in Dunelm before, but oh my were we impressed!! I'm not really that into soft furnishings and the like but oh my ! My eyes lit up at the site of all the beautifully colourful bedding and my husband's at the price. We would definitely recommend it.

It was the first time I visited and was pleasantly surprised at the stock and clear layout of the shop. It's a big place and has much more than you might think. There is even a café that seemed popular. Public toilets available. The staff were kind and helpful. Plenty of parking too.

Bought some curtains for bedroom's and a blind for kitchen. Good quality and price. Nice store. Has a variety of bedding,curtains and nice cafe.

It was a wonderful experience! There was plenty of time to explore, and I found many great household items. The staff on the floor were friendly, efficient, and polite. The café was nice, but the staff could benefit from a reminder to not keep customers waiting while they chat among themselves. However, the lemon cheesecake was absolutely delicious!
