Bidra med feedbackThey must reserve a table that can be made online, but act quickly as the restaurant closes the 20th august. make sure they are hungry when they go, as there are 20 small courses to eat. interesting to observe the cook at work, especially with wood fires. all the staff take an application in the service and they were all very friendly. I wish them good future.
Ambience takes you to a different level of dining experience. Watching the food being prepared is always fun. Concept of tasting menu is taken to the extreme with 20 courses. Each little more than a mouthful and sometimes a bigger helping would have been more enjoyable. The bill is not for the faint hearted!
This was an amazing experience. The level of excellence is unbelievable. All dishes from the very first snack to the very last sweet were implacable. The wine pairing was perfect. The whole afternoon spent there was delightful. The price is definitely expensive but worth every pence.
Stunning food, well-matched wines and an incredibly friendly and knowledgable team both front-of-house and at the pass. We were treated as first-timers to a tour of the kitchen, welcomed by the entire team despite them being busy preparing the menu. We enjoyed the tasting menu. 14 courses along with wine flight. Every dish was enthusiastically presented by the chef that prepared it. A selection of interesting and well-matched wines were expertly introduced by the two brilliant sommeliers. An incredible journey of visuals, aromas, flavours and textures. Every morsel was a treat! The whole team, led by Joe made us feel welcome without being overbearing. The ambience was perfectly matched to the menu. Not an everyday outing as it is expensive, but as a rare treat it was worth every penny.
What a delightful dining experience. The dinner started with a tour of their kitchen, introductions to the 7 amazing chefs, and then proceeding with an amazing series of tasting dishes. We will come back again when we are back in Bristol.
