Camping Domaine D'anglas - Brissac

Been on this campsite since I was a kid. Last year we reserved to have a good place. Parts have to pay ahead, and annulment insurance from camping. Shortly before the holiday, we got the bad news that my mother-in-law was dying. Which made us cancel the vacation. The communications from the campsite and the camping insurance was pretty bad, it wasn't understanding which documentation had to be delivered, reactions to questions didn't come out of insurance or camping. The digital system to deliver evidence didn't work. Where is the insurance company that was offered by the campsite? From the campsite, there was also zero effort to meet us, except connect us to an unattainable insurance policy. Now circa 250 euro reservation costs lighter, and a sense of this camping trip. Don't think I'm coming back, which I'm very sorry.

Decouverte par chance et necessite(vehicule inoperative), the setting and the equipment are remarkable, the restaurant offers simple dishes (no chichi or flowers on the plates) but copied and good, the service is efficient and friendly.
