The Burrito Bar - Brisbane

The man at the counter was very rude. They were dismissive and unhelpful. The service was awful and there was a severe language barrier. Overall, a very poor experience.

When our Sangria pitcher arrived at our table with a large chip on the pouring lip, we expected the staff to acknowledge the issue. We brought it to their attention, but they did not offer to replace the broken pitcher. The food was served promptly, but the empty plates were not cleared after we finished. We mentioned ordering dessert, but no one returned to our table. It appeared that the restaurant prioritized takeout and delivery orders over in-house diners.

I had the $15 ribs with a beer, which was a great deal for a delicious, fall-off-the-bone meal! The view wasn't the best, but we weren't there for the views anyway. The background music was good - loud enough to hear, but not too overpowering for conversation. I will definitely be returning.

6 of us showed up here and we were quite disappointed. Sunday 9 June 2019 Our meals ordered, 2 came out and the other 4, 20 minutes later, so the first 2 ended. The later 4 meals were warm and little taste and presentation....The purple onions in the guacamole were big and clobular. for $120, we won't be back.

I have only been here a few times, even though I live next door. The food is well prepared and looks excellent. The staff are friendly and always smiling even when busy. I recommend this place to anyone.
