Brisket is extremely bland, hard for a slowly boiled meat and greasy. Pulled pig was on the oily side, but quite tasteful. this special sauce tastes like a regular fountain BBQ sauce. good amount of food for price mixed bbq plate with potato salad or Slav is $13. nothing special would not buy again. try them big smoke at mt gravatt marketta on Saturday, if they like bbq, these youngs just nail it every time!

Really nothing special. the meat cuts were either fat or dry. the BBQ sauce helped, but there was not enough of it. the koleslawin was bland and watery.

Great price, delicious food. the price is considered to be favourable for a bbq in brisbane. I would recommend the pork ribs and pulled pork roll. the pulled pig is so packed

Best American BBQ in Brisbane. That BBQ joint is one of a growing number of food trucks in Brisbane, we went to the Cdop Mini Market in Milton on Thursday to try it out. Firstly the fact that this food truck had a queue while the excellent Bun Mobile did not was a hint that we were in for something special. We had pulled pork and beef brisket and both were excellent, some of the best pulled pork I have ever had and certainly the best brisket. The potato salad was a bit of a let down but otherwise I can 't find fault, I 'll be back!
