The wait was too long, the staff were unprofessional, and there was confusion with my order. I waited over 30 minutes for my food only to be told they hadn't even started preparing it and it would take another 20 minutes. Delivery service with a meal costing between A$40-60 per person. Food quality rated 3 out of 5, service rated 1 out of 5, and atmosphere rated 3 out of 5.

Maybe I visited on an off day but the food was horrible. The chips were soggy and undercooked. The calamari was over cooked and chewy and the potato scallop was the worst one I've ever had. Not even joking. It was flat like a pancake and very over cooked and oily. I'm a local and wanted to like this place since it changed ownership but this experience has turned me off. Have frequented this business over 20years. Sadly not what it was, but not my main complaint. Have just ordered eaten Snapper grilled chips in the last week fish is now $2 per piece more than last week. Chips soggy. Very disappointed. Service: Take out Price per person: A$20–40

My first time back to this takeaway as had have many new owners. Sorry to say very disappointed. Everyone seems to cook in canola oil, this is why chips are yellow. No taste, chip are soft just like boiling potatoes and fish dry. Where have all the good fish and chip shops gone to. Back to searching. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$1–20
