The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the prices are surprisingly affordable! I especially enjoyed their shallot pancake and the Sashimi salad which contained incredibly fresh sashimi. The salad was also delicious.

Tokyo on Express is a fantastic and authentic sushi spot that is truly a gem in Toowong. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and this family-owned establishment has been serving customers since 2015. Unfortunately, due to the impact of Covid19 and health issues affecting the owner, there have been changes to the operating hours. Currently, they are only open for dinner from 5-9pm as there is no longer a lunch crowd. As a long-time patron, I can attest to the great service provided by the friendly and accommodating staff. If you're in the mood for some top-notch sushi in the area, be sure to visit Tokyo on Express and show your support for this local business. Consider making it a special dinner outing with your loved ones. To the owner and team, thank you for your outstanding service and generosity towards the community. My husband and I have been dining at this restaurant for about three years now. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy Japanese cuisine. I adore it! The food is delicious, the customer service is fantastic, and the prices are very affordable. It's a rare find in Toowong.

I was looking for a simple meal after a long day at work and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service here. It's a neat, little restaurant that serves a variety of Japanese dishes, and my miso soup was bursting with flavour. Thanks for the good experience!
