KFC - Brisbane

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food I was served seemed old and dry, the chips were sloppy and overall the quality was terrible. It felt like no care was put into preparing the food. I paid for a meal that was just downright disgusting.

I would recommend avoiding the Indooroopilly store. The drive-thru window resembles a dirty, low-quality grease bar. It is in dire need of a quick and inexpensive fix. I would suggest avoiding your usual orders as they are likely not up to par. I was disappointed to find that my chicken breast tasted more like quail. The coleslaw was slimy and unappetizing, resulting in a nauseating experience. The manager mentioned that everything looked fine but offered to replace it, although I was too wary to accept.

Some people have said that KFC is bad, but I didn't think it was too bad. The popcorn chicken was good, the drumsticks were hot and tasty, but the slider was cold and disappointing. The fries were also cold. Overall, it was just okay for me and I might consider going back to this restaurant.

Very disappointed, Did a online order to make easy, Chicken was cold and no good, order nuggets for my kid what wasn't good at all, the only one what save the dine was the popcorn chicken, was cold, but good. I live 5 minutes from this kfc, so food would not be cold between pickup and back home

Chips are soggy and had no taste, the Zinger Burger had the smallest amount of lettuce and mayo. Will take alot to get me to return. I was so looking forward to some nice food on a rainy day.
