Indimex, how I adore you! While I usually prefer my mom's homemade Indian food over restaurant options, you have won me over. Your delicious dishes have captured my heart.

I recently had the opportunity to try the vegetarian burrito at this unique Indian and Mexican fusion restaurant, and surprisingly, it was a delicious and successful combination. The absence of rice in the burrito added a unique twist to the dish.

Despite the positive reviews, we had been hesitant to visit this restaurant because we were unsure about the concept of combining Indian and Mexican cuisine - two very different types of food.
