Hatch and Co - Brisbane

The flavors in our meals were amazing and the service was exceptional! Our party of 7 adults and 2 children had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. Our waiter, a tall guy with clasp earrings, brought joy, warmth, and laughter to our table while still being professional and giving honest advice about the menu and drinks. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and made us feel welcome and at home. The food he suggested all paired well together, and it was one of the best nights out we've had in Brisbane. We doubt any other restaurant could top Hatch and Co., as they have a beautiful venue, great food, and outstanding staff like Ethan, our waiter. 5 out of 5 stars!

We were very lucky to sample the new innovative menu and believe me we were not disappointed. The food was full of delicious flavours. Our starter consisted of calamari which I would say is the best of I have ever tasted, tender and perfectly cooked. Our mains which we shared were cooked to perfection and the sides complimented our choice of dishes. I'm surprised we could include desert but after seeing the menu we decided on two to share and we were very satisfied. Congratulations we will be back.

Just a great experience. Food was very good as was the wine we were recommended by Ethan our waiter. Who by the way run the front of house in superb fashion making everyone feel special. My wife and I would definitely recommend this place to dine.

We held my daughter's engagement party at this restaurant and the staff were fantastic, going above and beyond to assist us. The food was incredibly delicious and there was plenty of it. A big thank you to all the staff for their exceptional service and for making this day so memorable for us all. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic food, wonderful atmosphere, sensational service and incredible staff and management. Booked a dinner for 30 adults/kids under 14 years old and Shay was wonderful to accomodate a menu that was just perfect for everyone. Shannon was sensational from my first enquiry about the event. No problem too difficult for them to overcome. First time for us at Hatch&Co and we will most certainly be back again. Thank you all x
