Dockside Cafe - Brisbane

Our friendly local coffee hangout. I am guessing this has changed hands since the posts in mid 2012 because we have been here to stay for 2 weeks apartment hunting and have gone there every day almost for coffee or a meal and have always had impeccable service by lovely energetic young staff. The coffee is good, free wifi is a BIG plus and the food is fresh and tasty. The best small lemon meringue tart I've ever had we have lived in France, London, Florence, Washington etc etc. It's clean, the paper is there to read we even left without paying once by accident they were lovely about it next day when we went in. So yeah would highly recommend it and as we've just bought an apartment in Stradbroke Towers this will be our new local.

The staff at this restaurant is always lovely and provides excellent service every time I visit. Their brisket burger and brats are particularly delicious.

The staff at this restaurant is friendly and brought us water promptly on a hot day. In December, I had the smashed avocado and coffee, and today I had a banana smoothie. This place might become a favorite spot for our cycling group since it is less crowded than other popular locations.

I discovered a gem here. The Canadian Breakfast was standout, with fluffy pancakes and a generous portion of bacon and eggs cooked just right. It wasn't greasy at all. The service was prompt and the staff was very friendly!

Good breakfast, reasonable price Pleasant staff and quick service. Gets my vote
