Our first time here and it was fabulous. Great food and sensational service as well as a beautiful view of the river and the Story Bridge at night

I lived in Brisbane for two years and hired the best restaurant I was in. The steak was the best I had in Brisbane and the money was worth boating!! Will recommend to everyone who hear lol

Service was terrible lasted 1 hour to get our drinks, then they were wrong. The food was delicious.

The food was delicious and good value. One of our waiters was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. A disappointment was that 4 of us were on a table that was really only suitable for 2. Sharing food was difficult! I admit, this is one of my pets hate 4 of you spending twice that of 2, so you should get enough space. Especially in a place like Rico, which promotes and promotes plate exchange.

A very disappointing experience. Being my 2nd visit I had high expectations from having a great experience last time. From the minute we sat down it was very different. We weren't assigned a specific waiter and the time of service was very slow. We had a few different people serving us, we observed our food getting mixed up for other tables, initial orders took a very long time along with requests. At one point i requested some extra ice for my $88 bottle of wine as it was a very hot night and the ice melted straight away with my wine going warm. This didnt happen until i asked a 2nd person by then i had warm wine. The food was not at the standard it was last time, the duck salad lacked flavour and didnt have all the ingredients in it that you have on our menu, the bug brioche doesnt say on the menu that it is battered this should be very clear and the batter was so thick it was not enjoyable to eat, i needed to peal it off which left me with minimum actual bug. My husband enjoyed the oysters and the Jamon and Ceviche was nice but overall the food for the price was very poor value. The waiters were nice though seemed to be struggling to keep up perhaps not enough staff were on. The overall organisation of service was not great though. Our bill was over $400 for 2 people and not worth it at all. I wont be recommending to anyone based on our last experience which is a shame as i have been after the first instance though am no embarrassed of this previous recommendation given my recent experience.
