Tim Hortons - Brights Grove

EVERY time i go into this tim hortons location (brights grove) i have a terrible experience. Judy, is downright rude. to everyone. customers, coworkers. everyone. she’s rude. miserable and extremely snarky to everyone. i’m getting extremely tired of this. she’s terrible.

Drive thru stop on our way home from Imperial Theatre in Sarnia. Three adults ordered three drinks and box of 20 Timbits. Sadly the Timbits were found to be all old fashioned plain! Not one different and not a word said to us that this would be what to expect! Seems kind of devious.

Love their coffee, donuts as well. Usually quiet but busy at noon hour.

Tim Hortons is just a horrible place to visit these days. It used to be enjoyable but everyone there is in a terrible mood 9 times out of 10. You get treated like garbage as a customer and the food is terrible with 0 consistency from chain to chain.

Best timmies for consistent and delicious iced capps and breakfast sandwiches. Surprising how bad other timmies can be at times, but this location never disappoints!
