The Set - Brighton and Hove

Michelin Star quality. Had a really excellent tasting menu tonight with the flight of wines, nothing of the quality of food at the service also the price was good value for money.

We ate in the basement, down in the set. This restaurant feels like a secret, kind of easy to talk. It is not signed, you must go through a restaurant, go to the garden and down to the basement. Once you're here, you'll take care of Chef Paul. Cook on simple yet delicious dishes. Mix your drinks for you and offer all in a relaxed atmosphere l, usually play some 90s hip hop.

Absolutely excellent food and service. Best meal I ate in Brighton, each course was brilliant and tasty.

Booked for a special night it expects well from the reviews I had read. It was better than good. Service was top-notch. Beverage pairs were excellent and had clearly thought. The food was fantastic. Each court seemed better than the previous one. And the first course was great.

My wife and I managed to secure a last minute cancellation table towards the end of the summer, and were absolutely delighted with every part of our evening, the food, drinks, atmosphere, service everything was perfect. The best dinning experience I’ve had in Brighton.
