Joe's Burger House - Brighton and Hove

I am dissatisfied with the service at this restaurant. I previously had a delivery that was very good three weeks ago and decided to order again with a 50% off voucher, but they would not accept it. I tried to contact them via email, but did not receive a response. Unfortunately, I will not be using their services again, despite the fact that the food was very good and the delivery was quick. The customer service was appalling.

My experience ordering from Joe's through Uber Eats last night was extremely disappointing. I have ordered from them many times before and it has always been good. However, last night I made a large order of 3 burgers and several sides, but only some of the sides (no burgers at all) arrived. When I contacted Joe's, they admitted that they had not given the driver one of the bags and promised to resend the full order. However, an hour later I received a call from a very rude Uber Eats agent who informed me that the order would not be arriving and that I would only receive a partial refund. By that time, the sides that did arrive were cold and we really needed a full refund. It seems that Joe's had spoken to Uber Eats and instructed them to give us a partial refund, going back on their promise to replace the order. Now I am left to deal with Uber Eats' terrible customer service and am still fighting this morning for a refund.

Early evening take away. The burger tasted 'different ' immediately. Much softer than the average patty kind of 'mushy '. After a night of stomach ache I 'm guessing it wasn 't properly cooked. Never again.

We had a burger here for second time and whilst the chips and generally the burgers are pretty good, they cheap out with cheeseburgers. They are meant to have mature cheddar cheese and form the pictures, a decent amount. Instead both times I got burgers without cheese. I can’t tell if they have added a plastic burger cheese slice or it’s the special sauce, but both times no cheddar.
