Donatello - Brighton and Hove

Whenever we visit Brighton, we always dine at this restaurant. This time, the food was subpar, but the main problem lies with the staff. With the exception of a friendly waitress, the rest of the staff seemed quite unhappy. The dessert was delicious, but that was the only highlight of the meal. We are unsure if we will return in the future, which is disappointing as it used to be a great dining experience, but not anymore.

I had a great experience at this restaurant, the pizza was delicious. The manager, Rob, was fantastic and went above and beyond to take care of us. He quickly and kindly addressed a few minor issues we had and really made us feel welcome. A true credit to the restaurant!

My wife, son, and I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. Robert made us feel very welcome by checking on us throughout our meal. The food was delicious too. Thank you for a great time.

Every time I come here with my parents I have a wonderful experience, great food and wonderful service. Robert is a good host and provides a good customer service.
