Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I love Red Robins from Arvada, but this place is a shame. Half an hour to sit in an almost empty restaurant should have been the red flag I recognized to drive back to my car. Staff and chefs are very forgotten what to do and do not seem to provide high-quality food or service. I go on to the other place where food and service are night and day compared to this place.

We are always inadvertently the 'difficult ' table. Our server was a CHAMP. I believe her name is Lorissa, I really hope that is correct. Anyway, she was amazing y 'all. Prompt, courteous, and most of all, patient! We don 't mean to be a pain in the you know, it just happens lol. I don 't personally eat much red meat, but this is still a favorite of mine. I order salad and my family always shares the endless fries with me. This visit we had 3 of the choices: sweet potato, garlic and regular. I had never tried the garlic style before. Lemme just say MMM!!! I am a huge garlic fan though. The sweet potato were amazing as well, just enough sweetness!! As we eat here often, we will definitely be back.

Terrible experience but no fault to the staff within the restaurant. All the employees i spoke to, were pleasant. We ordered 3 items this afternoon via the automated system when you call the location. They said it would take 35 minutes. We waited 35 minutes and when I went into location to grab food, I was told the food had been cooking for 8 minutes and would take another 20. We waited almost an hour for our food to get it home and it was cold, Every single item was cold, even the carrots tasted like rubber. Very disappointed and not an experience I?ve ever had at Red Robin before.

I love going to Red Robin because I can always know that the service will be great and the food will be even better.

Good experience here. We were greeted immediately after entering and taken to our seats. Server Rico greeted us moments later and took our drink orders. He was great with suggestions and the help we needed. Food was brought out in a reasonable amount of time, warm and correct. The food was good. Rico was a great server and made the experience even better.
