The service at this restaurant is always consistent, with every visit feeling like the first.

This truck was at Run Woodstock. The variety of vegetarian options was fantastic, and I especially loved the ginger “switchel” they had that replaced my normal routine of green tea that weekend.

This is the most thoughtful, healthy delicious food truck I’ve ever been to!! I got 3 different baked goods and they’re all fantastic!! So happy to see a non GMO, local as possible, mindful business like this. The owner was lovely too.

Beaver Xing was right next to them at HippieFest Mears and we loved them!!! Excellent lasagna!
