WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They first off forgot one on my items, so I had to drive back there, my bad for not checking first. I get back there and dude there was cussing with the drive thru window open and berating the other employees there. I neverreceived I'm sorry or anything of that nature. Just pretty much threw me my food and walked away. I'm hoping the store managerreads this review.
After receiving our order, we sat down at a table directly beneath a ceiling speaker that blasted music at an uncomfortable volume. We decided to move to another table, but the noise was just as loud there. I suggested to my daughter that we should simply ask for a bag and eat in the car instead. She approached the counter to request that they lower the music, but instead of complying, they cranked it up even louder. Feeling frustrated, we left the restaurant and drove to a nearby park to enjoy our meal. Overall, it was a very negative experience for us. While the food was good, it felt a bit overpriced and definitely not worth the hassle.
Arby's is usually one of my favorite fast food places, but my last visit was disappointing. The roast beef was tough and resembled jerky, which I had never experienced before. Both my French dip and the regular roast beef sandwich were equally difficult to chew.
The staff is consistently very friendly, regardless of the time I visit! There's usually a short line whenever I'm there. The workers are really nice. This is definitely one of the best fast food spots in Brighton!
