Booked a table, came for Friday noon and was told that the table was not booked as no one sees on Opentable, also they will receive an email from Opentable. Give them a call first. (and the kitchen was not open anyway til 4pm, despite my confirmation email saying it was booked)

The restaurant did not have a record of my reservation and was severely understaffed.

I had made a reservation for lunch on a Friday, but when I arrived, I was told that my table was not reserved because they do not check Opentable reservations. They suggested calling the restaurant directly. Despite receiving a confirmation email that my reservation was confirmed, I found out that the kitchen was not opening until 4pm.
