Casazul - Brighton

Quite a lot of everything is gluten-free, except for a few prepacked cookies and dinge. eating is always delicious!

Amazing Mexican food, we're so glad we stopped here! the owner knew everything about gluten-free and we had to enjoy our lunchtime security. would definitely recommend if they are in brighton!

I am not gluten free but a few of my friends are, so we have to curate the places we go to eat quite carefully. In Casa Azul they make their meals with corn tortillas, and you can choose from a wide array of taco fillings, including vegan and vegetarian options. You can get a side of rice and refried beans which is really delicious and filling. Also, as a Mexican I can say: very authentic, and tastes of home! I’ve worked my way around the menu now (I really recommend the oyster mushroom tacos), and look forward to going there again!

Most of the menu is Gluten Free! Not even on purpose but just purely down to the fact that its all authentic and uses corn tortillas instead of flour! Friendly for all and doesnt leave you feeling overly full or bloated- perfectly satisfied!
