B&h Charcoal Grill - Brighton

I ordered a meal for myself and my children online from their website. I received a confirmation email indicating that they had received my order and that it would be delivered in 45 minutes. After 45 minutes had passed, I called to inquire about the status of my delivery and was informed that they had not received my order due to an issue with ordering through the website. I was quite frustrated as I was now left without a meal, and the person I spoke to showed no signs of apology or concern. I suggest that they update their website to advise customers not to order online until the issue is resolved. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience with poor service and communication.
