Bright Brewery

The food was very bland and tasteless. The salmon salad was lacking cheese and seemed warm, as if it had been sitting out of the fridge for a while. The bread also had a strange taste. The hamburger was disappointing, and we will not be returning to this restaurant. Additionally, we were disappointed that the brewery does not serve tea or coffee.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to gather with friends for celebrations. The service was excellent, and the drinks were served ice cold without fail. We reserved a table for dinner on Saturday night and ended up stopping by for drinks over the weekend as well. It's always a lively atmosphere here, making it well worth a visit.

I am disappointed to say that this restaurant, located in the heart of Bright's charming little town, had very disappointing beer. We tried a paddle sampler and found all the beers to be bitter and tasteless. We didn't order any food as we were just stopping in for a drink on a warm afternoon, and ended up going elsewhere. The service was good, but I can only recommend this place if you're looking for a nice outdoor seating area to enjoy a drink.

This place was recommended by our son. it did not disappoint, in which it was enthusiastic! we sat outside on the terrace, on large tables in the beautiful late afternoon sun. they have contactless orders from the table with a QR system and a full menu. it is easy to use, and all drinks and meals are brought to their table in a few minutes. we have counted tabs in this facility and although they make bookings, we have just entered. I tried the “Bright Sour” beer, which was very refreshing. we also had mealtimes and local weeps that were great. Do not miss them and go to bright brewery to support a family business that push the boundaries of hospitality.

Enjoyed a nice lunch out on the lawn due to our legged fluff ball. Shared a tasty squid dish then a mushroom pizza. Technically challenged so staff were very helpful in ordering our meals. Great location.
