El Betos Co Mexican Food - Brigham City

I ordered two shredded beef enchiladas but they were stuffed with onions bell peppers and tomatoes with minimal meat. Beans and rice were good and cheap breakfast burritos. I got the mixed and it was delicious. Their hot sauce is good too!

Always delicious and the staff is the best! They are so friendly and responsive if a mistake happens. Love their cheese quesadillas, carnitas Street tacos, and their California burrito! My husband loves their breakfast burrito and chimichanga! Lobby is closed but the wait times for us in the drive thru have never been excessively long. It's all about perspective! Don't forget your bag of peppers and carrots! Yum Completely forgot to take pictures before we ate but as you can see it was devoured!

I love this place! Only reason it is 4 stars is because of the pricing increases that have happened over the last couple years(the same style/type of burritos at the Floribertos in Brigham can be $1 to $1.50 cheaper), but they are quick to get you your food and I absolutely LOVE the shrimp burrito. Good horchata too if that is your thing. I come here pretty consistently and is a valley favorite of mine.

Good food for what you expect from a drive thru Mexican restaurant. Their Breakfast burritos are good, but don't have as much contents inside of them as compared to other Betos/Floribertos/etc. restaurants out there because of this, I usually ask for extra. Overall, great good and always consistent!
