Arby's - Brigham City

I love Arby’s super sandwich. In the last 3 weeks I’ve ordered the super four times and it has been wrong each time. The manager has neglected to train their cook or he doesn’t care if your order is right. This last time I ordered they put the red ranch sauce on one of their cheese sandwiches. It was so disgusting I became nauseated and had to throw it away. Do you as a manager not care what comes out of your kitchen. Just slapp anything on the bun and send them on their way? Just got home from getting drive thru. Ordered a loaded Mac n cheese and it was $6 and the smallest portion ever. Barely and Mac n cheese, chicken and bacon. Portion was worth like, $2—3. Also ordered 2 for $7 with a French dip and spicy beef sandwich. They didn't give us any Aju for the French dip. Not to mention we were waiting at the window for almost 10—15 minutes.

Drive thru speaker had an echo. We did not get any napkins or an offer for extra sauce. The sandwich was good. Quick service. I will just have to remember to ask or check for napkins and sauce.

Well i waited 20 minutes in the drive through and got the worst service in the world and all the sandwiches were all smashed. oh ya no napkins or sauces REALLY come on… so many times there its never changed we finally decided to never go back just not worth it........

Rude as hell. They forgot one of my items and when I told them she was a huge b* about it.
