The Olive Mill - Bridgwater

The inviting waitress went right through the whole menu, told me what was gluten-free and what could be customized to be gluten-free, and then ran with the cook to check which of the specificities could be adjusted to me really impressive! I had the steak baguette (without the baguette! when the tasty skin on the rider was quite enough. the discs steaks were only very medium-sized as I would have wished. my man enjoyed the lamb and minze burger from the special board and could hardly find space for everything! really great fresh local food and friendly service.

Absolutely beautiful place! The breakfast was amazing! The owner was so friendly and genuine, we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. The pig and wheel was spotless with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We felt it was such a shame we hadn’t booked for two nights as we were so tired we went straight to bed. The atmosphere in the bar when we got there was fab and friendly, gutted we didn’t have the energy to go back down and enjoy it. Absolutely beautiful views that stretched for miles. Such a beautiful find. We shall look no further when we visit nestling areas! 10/10 five stars :

It was our first time there today and we were blown away!!! The meals are huge and absolutely delicious, the home made batter on the fish was especially delicious. It's really reasonably priced and all the food is sourced as locally as possible. The atmosphere is great, we felt really welcomed and will definitely be going back.

Brilliant meal , good service and excellent views I love the place and so did the other dinners. I had the gammon and it was superb, however I saw the house burger and wow it looked amazing. I will be going back soon to try it. This is by far the best place I have been in a long time I swear you will enjoy.

Amazing experience. Rooms were neat and tidy, the view from the window was breathtaking with a continuous green field and plenty of fresh clean air. The food was hugeeee and well cooked. Needless to say taste great! Left a empty at each meal. Staff were pleasant, courteous and respectful. Overall it was a jolly good time.
