There are no vegan or vegetarian restaurants for miles, so I had low expectations. they do not have a large menu to begin, so we have ordered everything that was vegan (except salat and pommes): tofu bun, Slav, brussel sprouts and shishito peppers. everything was delicious! the sprouts were the best I ever had: burned and crispy with a sweet oil sauce. her tofu bunge was an improvement over a traditional banh mi, and the Slav was simple and amazing. I would go back and order the same and not get bored.

The smashburger at this restaurant is amazing. It doesn't try to be fancy, just lets the quality ingredients speak for themselves. The addition of cooper sharp cheese adds a unique flavor that really stands out. I had a great conversation with the chef afterwards, who was very friendly and kind. I was so happy with the burger that I forgot to take a picture!
