Starbucks - Bridgewater

I actually just wanted to take off, but decided to drink my latte inside. the customer service was great, very polite barisats took care of me. I liked the openness of the coffee shop, walls of glass / window. many tables outside. the whole opposite is very clean and welcoming, looks like a mini city in a city. the only thing I really didn't like about this one die is her bathroom. it was really bad. the first bathroom was old and not as modern looking as the load, but I can live with old as long as it is clean. the toilet. I get that customers do this type of bad jobs there (I think they had separate bathroom for employees,) but workers need to check and keep it clean. I don't like this location. I couldn't order through the app so I called and they told me I could just come in and pay and I went for my break and they said the card reader didn't work. Employees try working on multiple drinks at a time leaving drinks halfway finished to start other drinks… then go back after the cup was sitting on the counter for minutes. They don’t move with any sense of urgency and let lines form before going to the register.
