One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The service is fantastic, from the host to the waiting staff. The highlight was the starters and desserts which were world class.

I spent Christmas and New Year on a cruise, and the Waterfront served the best blackened red snapper I’ve ever had! It was truly amazing—the cooking was impeccable! The presentation, complete with the head and tail, was beautiful, but when I asked, they suggested I simply cut it with my fork, and it came apart so easily. I can’t wait to return!
