For more than ten years it has been for Valentine's Day. By far the worst waiting personnel. Not properly dressed, not polite. They were not rude, only not the same atmosphere as previous years.

Valentine's Day annual visit and this was by far the worst time we ever had. So much that we decided not next year

I took my grandchildren and they loved it. Service was a little slow, but it was expected. This is usually a fast restaurant. Staff are not used to be servers. We had a great time.

I don’t think the servers were prepared for the evening. We had a party of 5 but they set us at a table for 4. After 5 minutes of waiting for another chair we grabbed one from another table. It took 15 minutes for them to our order and when the server placed our order we were missing part of our order and another part of our was duplicated. It took over 15 minutes to get our bill. My husband and kids were frustrated with the lack of service.

Our valentines dinner was horrible. Waited 20 minutes after our reservation. Didnt get all the food we ordered. Forgot our smoothie after telling waiter 3 times. Got wrong bill. They couldnt find our bill. One of the employees was mocking us for asking them to remake our smoothie when we finally got it. Service was horrible. Will never visit again. Employee had bad attitudes and never apologized. Very disorganized. Also waited 15 minutes to get our drinks. When the soda machine with cups were right by our table. Horrible places and terriable emplyees and manager.
