Bidra med feedbackI ordered online and not only went through the app to let them know when I arrived, but I also called to the restaurant where I was placed and nobody ever picked up. My order should be finished at 11:03, and I understand that they might be a little busy, but I did not pick up my order until 11:24, and the only reason why the order was picked up is because I came out of my car and went physically after them that I had arrived and called into the building. The only offer of explanation was sad that we are busy, there were none who were no forms of customer service, no sincerity of in them regret that this would definitely be my last time to visit the site
I went there in mid-morning. At this time it wasn't very busy. I was seated quickly and the waitress was prompt with the menu and water. I didn't have to ask for water. My order was completed very expeditiously but what made this such a pleasant event for me was that the waitress seemed genuinely friendly and mindful. I was glad I had money that day so I could tip her well.
Food was good and they waitress we had was an awesome and nice guy.BUT when we were paying they charged my brother two times on his card.The manger changed her story 3 times and said it will take one day then two days. She was blaming it on the bank. Also if you go here don't sit in the back because the people working in the back were cussing each other out.
?? #OhSoGood!! I enjoyed the Spinach and Mushroom Omlette w/Pepper-Jack Cheese and 3 Pancakes. S/O to Jada who gave us excellent service! ?
The food was good, the waitress was okay, the experience was mediocre, BUT I will give them a second chance.
