Ordered a deal with 2 main meals, 2 puddings and then ordered 2 sides. 1 side was missing and 1 pudding also missing. Called up and received not a word of apology about it. Looking at other reviews, this is a consistent problem that hasn’t been addressed. Definitely won’t bother trying to order again.

Always enjoyed the food from here but it has slowly declined recently. The pasta pots with the lentil filling and pesto filling have become so dry! You literally put the pasta in and stick the filling on top which is so dry. Won’t be purchasing again any time soon. Also please look at what your putting your rosemary chips into as by the time it was delivered to me they were far too soggy to eat! Please do better!

Ordered 2 meal deals, both Vegan and 2 side both Vegan and you decided in your wisdom to cover the sassy salad in parmesan, and the rosemary and sea salt fried were devoid of all taste. One of the breads was missing and you have no number because you obviously recognise you will be getting complaints so avoid sorting things out, instead we email head office.Poor poor first impressions, what if the Vegan choice you don't respect was an allergen issue, would you simply decide to add some nuts for example, ridiculous.

DO NOT ORDER! We ordered 4 main meals, 2 sides and 2 deserts all part of a deal when arrived we only had 3 main meals with 1 missing, only 1 side, again the other missing, and 2 deserts but one of them completely wrong!!!
