Tgi Fridays - BRICK

Just made an order for pick up. The meal comes with 2 sides of fries. They definitely only gave me one order. Asked them to separate the boxes because of the sauce. They did not. The prices increase but the service gets worse. The people who take the orders clearly don't listen. I'm tired of spending money and not calling them out on it.

Chicken appetizer was over cooked and hard should have been perfect for $18! Staff was right there when you needed them due to two people sitting at the bar with us. Place has definitely changed over the years.

The food was terrible and the service was horrible. The waiter seemed more interested in chatting with his friend at the bar than attending to us. It was the worst dining experience I've ever had.

I usually enjoy going out on Fridays, but my last experience was disappointing. It seemed like our waitress was new, so we didn't want to criticize her for the small mistakes she made. However, none of the four of us were satisfied with our meals. The bill came to $116, with more than half of the dry, overcooked food (the wings and potato skins felt stale and microwaved) still left on the table. It made us regret choosing this restaurant for our special family outing.

Pleasantly surprised with the food, our server was excellent! Went with some family members including my two year old grandson, the server was very sweet and playful with my grandson. The fried shrimp and the potato appetizer were banging!
