The staff is pleasant. Very friendly. Pizza is very good. I had no cake or a slice I didn't like.

Sinapis pizza in Brewster is delicious. The food we had was outstanding. We had a number of dishes from appetizer to pizza to Italian specialties and every one of them was scrumptious! The service was fast, and friendly and a real pleasure. If you are looking for delicious Italian fare, in a family friendly atmosphere, look no further than Sinapis Pizzeria in Brewster.

The food is incredible. Ok- not always the friendliest folks, and sometimes the service is slow. But the food is really amazing. That's right. Five stars.

The pizza here is delicious, and the service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, and the lovely lady who took our order even brought our food to the table along with forks and knives! You definitely won't find this level of service in a pizzeria in NYC.
