The patio is very nice and it is good space between tables , but dinner is not very good, barely warm. Service good and frankly

We ordered Christmas dinner and it was excellent. We appreciated not having to do all the work. It was such a treat to enjoy a delicious Christmas dinner that was prepared by someone else. Thank you to Frannie’s and all her staff. We will definitely place an order for next year. The butter tarts and coconut cream pie were amazing as well.

Fresh, delicious meal- the best breakfast in Town!! Our server Lexy was lovely and we always receive warm, friendly service at Frannies. Five Stars! Highly Recommended!

My daughter and I went to Frannies during COVID and felt very comfortable with the spaced out tables. Our lunch was fantastic, and we were too full to order dessert. So, we bought one of their dutch apple pies and it was by far the best I've ordered around the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Thanks for a safe and great experience for my daughters first outing during these uncertain times.

I cannot say enough how hard the ladies work here. They opened a little area under a canopy tent for social distancing tables. Such a nice option to eat outside. The breakfast is usually what we order. I have celiac and the ladies there are excellent in making sure my breakfast or lunch is properly handled. They do my toast on the grill for me so it wont be contaminated in the toaster, and oh the gluten free bread is delicious, dont be afraid to order it. We usually get eggs of some sort. Their omelets are excellent. I also have ordered their quinoa crusted chicken fingers as well as quinoa coated fish and chips, also so excellent. Franny is sweet and works very hard to make eating there a pleasant experience!
