The workers are very helpful and friendly. Starting from the drive-thru to the delivery window: Reina's service is exceptionally good, she is always in a good mood and willing to serve in the best way. This branch is highly recommended.

It was excellent the manager you see there plus the staff oh my gosh they were all so super nice and respectful and so professional the friendliness blew me away but I had the best time ever there . You all have to go. If you don't you will regret it. Thank you all the staff and management are the Brentwood Wendy's on fifth Ave in Brentwood.

Simply rude no good customer service and mad because I asked for sauce at the window and they take the points from the app but don 't give you the stuff because I didn 't ask for it at the microphone
