Jack In The Box - Brentwood

Order was not complete , fries is cold as ice , burger was not properly cook

Half my food was burnt and inedible, the soda was flat, and instead of sending my redbull infusion, they just gave me an 8oz can of redbull for $7

I will never come back here again. I have ordered my food 20 minutes ago and still want to be in the line. it's always that I was told, but I see everyone was right

So I've been to this Jack-in-the-Box twice and they lock the door so they don't have to serve people inside this is ridiculous fix this problem FYI I arrived at 10:32 AM pure laziness by the employees and Jack-in-the-Box

Indoor dining closed, drive thru blocked off 50% of the time I try to go here…….. At least communicate to customers what’s going on, it’s a little odd when your advertised hours are never accurate.
