Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Brentwood

Great place to eat. The people there amazing. Highly recommend.

I've been eating here since 08 at the one in Hendersonville, they have dropped so low since then, yesterday I got a Tbone to-go at the cheddars in Brentwood, first off it took 20 mins for the To-go person to answer the phone, then when I came in I was asked to pay before seeing my food, I ask why an Bella (the name of the terrible to-go waiter) made up some nonsense excuse after paying I seen that she added some sauce on my steak I didn't ask for, she put my steak to be cook medium when I said medium-well, an I asked 4× for my sides to be in separate containers, an they were all in one juices mixing just a terrible mess and when I complain and ask for my money back she talked to the manager and came back with a gift card not my money! A gift card! So I can come back and get terrible service again! I don't know what happened to this restaurant but it's not only Brentwood, last week I had to return my steak at the one in Mount Juliet because they don't know how to cook a steak medium well it came out burnt to a crisp and uneditable and again I was offered a gift card but I had them make me another steak at this point I'm at the point of never returning their prices are good but their service is terrible!

All is good at Cheddar 's, I have never been disappointed with any meal there but there could be some improvements. I went there last night and had another fine meal with good people. I do have an issue though, in paying my bill that I had no problem with it only printed out the total cost of the meal and then suggested the tipping 's. I have no intentions of paying a tip on the total. I am not paying a tip on the taxes tagged onto the meal. I only pay for the services rendered to me at the table. DISPLAY THE BREAKDOWN OF THE MEAL ALONG WITH THE TAXES!!!!!! I am no fool. If you do not show a breakdown of my bill I will NOT tip at all.

We love this location in Franklin Tennessee. Service is always great and if there is an issue with your order there is no hesitation in correcting it.

Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in Brentwood is a hidden gem for traditional American cuisine. The menu had a diverse selection, from burgers to seafood, and everything I tried was tasty and well-prepared. The prices were reasonable, making it a great value for such quality food. I'll definitely be returning to try more of their scratch-made dishes.
