We've been coming here for about 20 years. Our son was visiting from Manchester so we decided to go for a pre Christmas meal out, for 5 of us. Everything was top rate as always but we were slightly disappointed that no deserts were available.
The food at this restaurant is amazing and the service is top-notch without being intrusive. The Tandoor dishes are especially delicious, and the jalfrezi curry is superb. The prices are very reasonable as well, coming in at around £30 per person including beverages.
I am pleased to have discovered a traditional, unassuming Indian restaurant in London like Ruhits. It reminds me of the ones I used to visit growing up in Kenton, Harrow. I prefer this over fancy Indian cuisine. The balti butter chicken at Ruhits is delicious, with generous portions at a reasonable price. The seating is comfortable, not like uncomfortable wooden or wicker chairs. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Ruhits.
Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The meal was utterly delicious with subtle blends of taste and texture. The restaurant was busy every table was full all the time we were there, but customers seemed happy with the charming service and carefully prepared dishes.
