I want to warn others to avoid this restaurant, as I was extremely disappointed by the rude service and lack of customer service skills. I typically don't leave reviews, even if I didn't enjoy a place, but the way this restaurant treats its customers is unacceptable. From the unfriendly sign and menu warnings to the lack of interest from the staff, it is not worth visiting. There are plenty of other dining options in Kilburn that not only serve delicious food but also treat their customers with care and respect.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious, with a thin and crispy crust. Despite the somewhat dark exterior, the garden is beautiful. While the decor includes Buddhist elements, the menu is entirely Italian. The waitress who served me was helpful and knowledgeable. The pizza was excellent, with a crispy crust, fresh tomato, and delicious ingredients. I will definitely return. My only suggestion for improvement would be to update the decor to better match the modern and cohesive style of the food.

Unfortunately there's nothing below terrible as a rate. Worst service ever, staff are so rude ... I was so disappointed and almost called the police! Just look on the other side of the street for a beautiful pizza at Franco Manca. These guys are crazy ...

We happened upon this restaurant by chance, but it truly exceeded our expectations. When we walked in as a group of three, the tables were quickly rearranged to accommodate us, even though they were originally set up for two. Our waiter, Victor, took our orders and the food was absolutely delicious. Victor was very kind and went out of his way to make us feel welcome in his restaurant. We highly recommend this place - I don't write reviews often, but after this wonderful experience, I had to. Thank you, Victor, we will definitely be back.
