Bidra med feedbackThe coffee was great and the staff were friendly. Despite being busy, the service was quick and the staff made an effort to keep the restaurant clean, unlike Pret. The restaurant is not very large and has a strange layout. Despite the crowd, most people opted for takeout. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available. The selection of pastries, cookies, and other sweet treats was good, as well as a variety of wraps, salads, soups, and savory items, although not as extensive as in larger branches. I needed to work on my laptop and enjoy a coffee, but the wifi was frustratingly slow.
There are loads of coffee shops in the area. I came here as I have the free coffee subscription. Coffee was good as was the mango and banana sunshine bowl for breakfast. Not sure about healthy but filling and hit the spot. Quite sweet. Would recommend. Service was fast and efficient. Staff were friendly.
I frequent this restaurant often to study because I enjoy the atmosphere and can use my subscription there. The staff is very friendly and always ensures I have a pleasant time. I dislike how some staff at other restaurants can be moody. Additionally, they prepare my coffees and teas exactly to my liking.
I was very disappointed with this restaurant due to the large number of tables taken up by students studying and doing homework. Many of them were using laptops without buying anything to eat or drink. The staff should be more attentive and ask these customers to either make a purchase or leave if paying customers cannot find a table.
We walked in at 19:50 and noticed the staff was busy cleaning up as if to close. We asked until what time they were open and they informed us that it was until 20:30. We chose our meal and sat down to dine in the restaurant. After a few minutes they started washing the floor and we had to eat our meal with the strong bleach smell of the detergent used for cleaning. The staff then proceeded to bring indoors some chairs from outside, scraping the furniture on the floor and making a terrible noise. We asked twice if it was possible to make less noise because our baby was asleep...and we received smirks and laughter from the staff, and were not taken seriously. Very unacceptable as we have to pay extra money to dine in the restaurant!! I am very upset with this experience and suggest training the staff to respect paying customers until closing time.
