Hartz Chicken Buffet - Brenham

Great fried fish and fried chicken! They have fried livers, gizzards, baked chicken, vegetables, a small salad bar and more. The desserts, bread pudding and peach pbblers were not good at all. I wish they had Pico De Gallo on the buffet. They were good at keeping hot food on the buffet line and the service is good. You have soft ice, but now you have to ask for it instead of self-service. So everything was really good for a cheap buffet.

Customer service is very good. The place is very clean and spaced apart. You have plastic glass barrier around the food and cashier. The food server is very fast and polite. The food is very delicious and hot. Definitely recommend this Hartz Chicken Buffet and we will definitely come back!!!

They used to have big fluffy hot rolls now they are 1/2 the size they were and hard. Two months later, they're normal again. Thank you.

It was my first time here in this restaurant I loved the food it was very delicious and fresh I got the buffet for just 11$, which was very fair price the staff was very welcoming and friendly to be honest that Hertz Chicken Restaurant deserves 10 Star Thanks

Honestly it’s clean, great staff and very well stocked with constant replenishment during busy buffet dinner hour.... absolutely would return! And I tried everything and everything tasted very good and fresh! The best Hartz buffet I’ve been to!
