Subway - Bremerton

Most of the time, I am happy with this Subway located on Fairgrounds Road in Bremerton. I usually order veggie sandwiches and was excited to discover they have a drive-thru a few months ago. While it is convenient to drive through and not have to get out of your car, there are some drawbacks. Sometimes there is a long wait in line, and mistakes can be made with your order. Yesterday, I received a sandwich with the wrong bread and tough texture. Despite this, I will still return as I have had good sandwiches from this location before. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. It is important for Subway to pay attention to quality control to avoid disappointing customers. The drive-thru can get congested during lunch hours with Burger King located nearby. Overall, I will continue to support this Subway location and encourage others to do the same to support local businesses and jobs.

The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Specifically, the assistant manager has always gone above and beyond to make our experience top notch. I am not sure what his name is, but he always seems to be there when we go. He is knowledgeable, personable, and does absolutely anything he can to ensure customers have a great experience. He literally goes above and beyond. Oh, and the sandwiches are the best in the area that subway has to offer due to the staff. Skip the Walmart location and go here!!

The gluten-free options are fantastic! The staff is wonderful and this is the best place to grab lunch on the run.

I needed 15 footlong sandwiches for an event that I had completely forgotten to order 24 hours prior. I went to the Fairgrounds store 7 hours before the event and was greeted by a very friendly young lady behind the counter. She assured me that she would have the sandwiches ready for me. When I returned to pick up the order, it was all done and even came with a bag of condiments, containers of fresh veggies, and cheese. She also helped me with some small change we needed for the event. MANAGEMENT: Please give this employee a big shout out for their excellent customer service! (Saturday 3/7/2020 between 9 am to 4 pm)
