Taj Mahal - Bremen

We've been regulars until my friend's father discovered glass splinters in his dish.There were two of them,one after another, that he almost chewed on. Imagine if he had swollowed them. To make matters worse, the bill came with an item that we hadn't ordered. What surprised me the most, that the owner not even once apologized. He brought some desserts at the end of our meal. I suppose that was his apology. He kept saying he had no idea how the splinters ended up in the food. About the extra item on the bill, we were told, it was ordered by the table next to us. We were ignored by the owner as we were leaving. In India, it is said, guests should be treated as if they are gods. We aren't gods, but basic decency isn't much to ask, is it?

In the 25 years I have spent in Germany, today was the first time that I visited an Indian restaurant and was served the dish I had expected. Growing up in the UK, I was used to the style of Indian cooking common for Britain. I have over the years visited several Indian restaurants throughout Germany. The meals have been tasty but rarely resemble the ones I remembered as a young adult. The staff are a touch slow, which didn't bother me in the slightest. I would gladly wait to be served a delicious meal like the one I received this evening!

As a theoretical “non-Indian food” Person was told about friends. Although I'm not that for Indian cuisine, I'm also fertile. The chicken Tandori was really good, with rice and bread. The staff was super friendly and accommodating! Don't let us do that, for the first time indian my stomach must get used to it, but I would definitely recommend this restaurant and possibly come back!

Great Indian restaurant. I had both an appetizer and a main dish. Both were very delicious. During my visit the restaurant was well visited and I had not reserved. Nevertheless, they gave me the opportunity to eat there. I'm fine. The service was very good. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Well, if I'm back in Bremen, I'm back.

I was the first time to eat Indian and was more than positively surprised. The staff was very nice and attentive and the food was great. I'm not a friend of the furnishings, but it seems to be a typical Indian restaurant.
