We were there on a Sunday afternoon and we should have left it better. Waiting for food for about half an hour. Then the shock, on my burger two black hairs. The whole restaurant was dirty and the 20 young people who cried were even worse. You don't feel comfortable and I will definitely not come back again.

The worst service I ever had. 3 persons were unable to fulfill my order requests correctly. I wanted a steakhouse, an ExtraLongChiliChese and Curly Fries with curry sauce. The steak house stood out at the table Now again. But was not ennobled several times. Then, instead of Steakhouse, a Chiliburger. O.k. merchandise comes I pay €14.27 and go on. Arrived at home, what do my eyes see: a steakhouse juhu, not an extralongChiliChese, not a chiliburger and for it 14,27€??? All right, last time.

Compared to other BurgerKing-Filials, food is usually quite fine. That doesn't fit much else. Some employees hardly speak German, calling out the order numbers is always an experience. Gottlob now has the electronic order terminals. The waiting time is often enormously long even in the case of a rather empty shop. The fact that an employee has to shake his open hair right next to the frituse has really spoiled our appetite. What bothers me is the ambience. People often scream around in the shop, sitting right across the armchairs and let their legs hang over the backrest or behave like the first people. But that seems to me generally a Bremer problem.
