Pet rip off. Quoted $25 per per night upon check out we we charged 34.50 per pet per night. $207 for 3 nights. Hotel should say they are not pet friendly.

We booked a 2 queen bed room arriving on July 12 and when we arrived at 2:30 am we were given 1 single bed room because the room we booked was not available due to the door getting messed up and not opening. So they offered us a cancellation and we booked in a hotel next to them. They told us that we will get a refund through Expedia, which we didn’t, and when we called the manager or owner, he was so rude and said we will not get a refund and he hung up on us. This is the worst experience I had with a hotel and I don’t recommend them at all, be careful.

Room and property itself was fine, the staff however was not. Upon arrival i mentioned i reserved the room online through their website and the room was payed using uplift. The staff then went on about how they know nothing about uplift and said they do not accept 3rd party payments and proceeded to call me a liar to my face and insisted on running my card for full payment. The staff did not want or allow me confirm any of this with uplift saying we wont talk to them we dont know who they are you did not use that on our website . I then showed them on their site the uplift option then proceeded to say that is not real. The 2 staff then proceeded to gossip while i was still standing there, refused to cancel anything saying 'you are already here might as well stay and enjoy i enjoied nothing and the management should be investigated for being so shady. I also found out from uplift that payment from my room was sent and accepted so now im charged twice, thanks microtel your the best, that was sarcasm by the way because you are now.

What does one desire when traveling with his wife and 2 kids? A hotel in a convenient location, at a reasonable price, clean, with 2 large beds that have unbelievable mattresses and pillows, and great water pressure in the shower. Well, this one checked all the boxes. Bravo! Haven't slept this well in years! Thank you!

This was a great stay and definitely recommend. Hot breakfast, clean rooms, and a pool. It was exactly what we needed. The service was fantastic also.
