Good restaurant, friendly cook and friendly staff, good menu and good day dishes excellent evening with seafood

We stayed in the hotel restaurant for dinner, and it was just excellent. the speciality of the house is wild. next to the normal menu there is an extra card with wild dishes. the prizes for the wild are cheap, the quality top and you get great portions. for us clearly the best address in freeburg and surroundings to eat wild, and we are very glad to have rediscovered this restaurant. also vegetarian dishes and fish are on the map, here no one comes too short. the restaurant is traditionally furnished, but without having to look old-fashioned - you enjoy eating in a pleasant atmosphere. the warm German-French owner couple and the friendly service ensure that you feel comfortable all around. who likes red wine must try the côtes du rhone! as we were in the november at the hotel restaurant, we have not been able to use the beautiful terrace, but we will definitely catch up next summer :-)
