I love mango bean and go all the time but during quarantine I have not been able to go but I went today and it was 50% off all items and I was going to order a chocoholic but the guy who was working there said he wasn't making them so he suggested a oreo milkshake not knowing the original price and since there were no menu's and nothing on the screen we decided to get it after we finish the man told us it cost £6 for two milkshake and we paid after I left the store I looked up the menu and found out the original price is 3.75 so this guy didn't even go it half price even though we asked him if it was half price!!!

I would give this a 0 star if I could.I got a deal on Groupon £12 for two people to have a milkshake and sweet waffle). I booked a time to come Friday 17th July at 16:00). Then discovered they are not open and I am not allowed to use my code as it has apparently expired.They are a scam and I would not recommend anybody buying this 'deal ' from Groupon.

Walked in hoping to get a waffle and a frappé, they do absolutely nothing now. He said we could choose a milkshake but I could only choose 2 flavours out of 8.The milkshakes are originally £6 and with the 50% off they are offering I'm still disappointed with the size of the milkshake which is not even worth £3!Sadly they have changed owners and it will never be the same again.There was only 1 man working there and I don't think he understood what we were saying, we felt very unwelcomed and the atmosphere was awkward.If the original owners are reading this, we want you back

I havent tried the food here but the atmosphere was so strange that I left, the door did not work so the guy opened the door, I sat down and did not really know what to do the guy then stood at the table and stared at both me and my boyfriend, as with any new restaurant, you kinda expect to be given instructions, do they give you a menu? Do you go up and order? Me and my boyfriend were kind of freaked out, the lights were not on, the guy didnt even look like he worked there, no uniform and was just playing on his phone before we arrived as the place was empty. Two stars given as the atmosphere was so uncomfortable I'm not sure I'll go back! But then I did not try any of the food so I feel as though I cannot make a good judgement.

Would give 0 stars if poss. I booked via groupon via the booking tool for my sons birthday and turned up and they were closed. They didn’t answer the phone either or reply to messages. My son stood at the door crying his eyes out and he had not been out due to lockdown and can’t even see his friends. This was a treat for his birthday. Luckily creams across the road was open and they were lovely and the waffles and shakes were amazing. Although it cost us tripple as not on a deal and I’ve lost my money with Mangobean groupon as it shows my code as being used ???Not a happy customer. I have other deals booked too but I will be cancelling these. I looked through the door and the place was filthy no cleaning since lockdown AVOID AVOID AVOID
